Motherhood

Motherhood is a main theme I explore in my journal. One of my favorite journals is from 2022. Starting on my 40th birthday, I had my kids take a small polaroid photo of me every day. I’d create a sketch from that photo and a short poem. This was during a peak time in the pandemic so looking back, it is wild to think of all we endured during that time.
